First Blog Competition- Winner get's a new T-Shirt!!!

Hello to my faithful blog buddies :) Again, sorry about the gap in between posts. Adam, thank you for the comment on the last one. It's nice to know someone's out there. This season is getting SO EXCITING! We have already filled up our April 30th-May 7th ASA Sailing Flotilla. There is now another one that has been added due to the high demand in the trip. The info on the additional trip dates can be found here for those interested!
A few other trips we have coming up with guests booked already include:
- January 29th-February 2, 2011- Land & Sea Park Paddle (a shortened version/discounted rate)
-February 5th-12th, 2011- Land & Sea Park Sail
-February 26th-March 5th, 2011- Best of Both Worlds
If you are interested in jumping on any of these trips, feel free to contact us.

This last week we had a "cold front" come through. Temps were in the 60's at night and 70's during the day. For us down here, that's pretty chilly :) You will see folks pulling out the toboggans and sweaters in those temps around these parts. I got to comfortably wear my jeans :) and even a sweatshirt here and there. Super exciting for me!!

We had some kayakers head out early in the week and come back tomorrow morning. I'm hoping to hear a good report from them. Considering they are from Northern Washington, I doubt they found the "cold" to be a problem!
Dallas took us (his parent's, the boys and me) to this beautiful 'Mystery Beach' over on Stocking Island today. At high tide it has this huge pool that collects up on the sand... I can't wait to check that out. We were there at low tide today.
Are you wondering about the competition yet?? :)
To kick off our first official 'Out-Island Explorer's Giveaway Contest' we are offering our winner one of our brand new O.I.E. t-shirts (see the back image below). To enter the contest we are asking you to leave a comment that has your first name and last initial, where you are coming to us from, and a question you would like to see answered on the blog.
The contest deadline is a week from today...CHRISTMAS EVE :) And we'll announce the winner on Christmas Day! We will put everyone's name in a hat and draw out the winner. I'll let Joss draw out the name so there's no cheating. :) Good Luck!!
